What is your policy on estimate appointments?

Estimates are free but appointments to measure and write up estimates take a considerable amount of time in my work week. Please be courteous by discussing the estimate with me  to make it work for you. If it does not fit your needs, please let me know what your plans are so I can open my schedule again to another client. (I don't bite)

What is your deposit policy?

All items are custom made and custom ordered. Deposits for Hunter Douglas and other brand products of mini blinds, shades, shutters and other hand treatments require a 75% deposit to cover the wholesale costs. Draperies and other fabric products require a 50-70% deposit depending on materials used. Jobs that I am using the customers own materials require 0-50% deposit. All items are custom ordered and cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will it come in?

Most products come in 7-10 days. Some products like woven woods, silhouettes, luminette and others take 2 weeks. Shutters can take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Who installs it?

I am a master installer and do most of my own installations (my favorite part - I love my tools!). I strive to install within one week of my delivery. May - July may take longer as it is the busy season on Cape Cod.
